7.1 As a BioHealth customer, it may be necessary for you to provide us with your Personal Data when you apply to us and / or continue to subscribe with us for a service and / or product (“Services”). If your Personal Data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide the Services to you.

7.2 We shall keep your Personal Data confidential at all times. Our policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of Personal Data will be in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and are as set out in this PICS.

BIOHEALTH shall not be liable to the User or any other person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise (including without limitation for negligence, breach of contract, defamation, or intellectual property right infringement) for:
1. any direct loss;
2. any consequential or indirect loss (including without limitation loss of revenue or profits); or
3. the User’s liability to any other person, which is suffered or incurred by the User or any other person arising under or in any way out of the Information or Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk’s use.

7. Confidentiality
BioHealth does not warrant (and accepts no responsibility for) confidentiality of any information or data whether personal or otherwise transmitted through Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk. BioHealth’s current practice is to take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality.

8. Availability and Suitability of Services
BioHealth does not warrant that the information or materials contained in Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk are current or accurate or that any of the products or services featured on Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk are available. BioHealth may change the materials appearing on Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk at any time without notice.

9. Users Obligations
In consideration of BioHealth allowing the User access to the Information and / or Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk, the User agrees:
1. not to carry out or allow any copyright infringement;
2. not to use the Information or the User’s access to Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk for any illegal, improper, obscene or defamatory purpose;
3. to take all steps to ensure the Information does not damage the User’s information or systems;

7. to BioHealth’s personal data policies current from time to time applying.

10. Indemnity
User agrees to hold BioHealth harmless and indemnify BioHealth against all losses, damages, claim, demands, liabilities, costs (including legal costs), and expenses in connection with your use of Mobile App SoGood, www.biohealth-plus and / or shopbhp.hk in breach of the terms and conditions herein or negligence.

11. Law and Severability
Hong Kong law governs this notice, and each part of this notice shall apply to the extent permitted thereby. Any part of this notice which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction only to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining parts of this notice nor affect the validity or enforceability of that part in any other jurisdiction. Where this disclaimer is available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.

12. Upload any image information
SoGood App is owned by BioHealth Plus Limited. The main feature of SoGood App is to record points earned by our customers purchasing our products.. To achieve this feature, our app requires users to upload photos  of the sales receipts  to identify products and to record points. SoGood app will not upload any image information without the user’s consent, nor will it share or sell image information with any third party. We take reasonable measures to keep customer data confidential and use encryption technology to protect data security. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
